Job Title: Lab Operations SpecialistJob Description
The Lab Operations Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining records on pharmaceutical equipment and products, supporting the execution of documentation records on various equipment, aiding in the validation and calibration of the manufacturing area, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Responsibilities
+ Develop and maintain records on pharmaceutical equipment and products.
+ Support the execution of documentation records on various equipment.
+ Assist with the validation and calibration of the manufacturing area.
+ Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Essential Skills
+ Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
+ Experience with pharmaceutical operations.
+ Proficiency in Project Management Professional (PMP) principles.
+ Knowledge and experience in validation processes.
+ Aseptic technique expertise.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Associate degree in a science discipline or a high school diploma with relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
+ Experience supporting pharmaceutical, maintenance, and manufacturing operations.
Work Environment
The Lab Operations Specialist will work 100% onsite during the first shift, following a schedule of 6am-6pm with a rotation of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off. The work environment is business casual, fostering a professional yet relaxed atmosphere. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
