    Salary Range: $80,000 – $150,000 (based on experience and licensure)

    What You’ll Do

    + Lead and manage site development projects from concept through construction

    + Design site plans including grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility systems

    + Coordinate with clients, agencies, and internal teams

    + Answer technical questions in meetings and lead internal design discussions

    + Prepare and review technical documents, calculations, and permit packages

    + Support or lead QA/QC efforts depending on experience level

    + Mentor junior staff (for PE-level candidates)

    What You Bring

    + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

    + 5+ years of experience in site design or land development

    + Experience with utility improvement sets (e.g., redevelopment, infill, greenfield)

    + Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD

    + PE license (or actively pursuing)

    + Strong communication and problem-solving skills

    + Experience processing plans with cities or agencies

    Bonus Points For

    + Familiarity with California permitting or CEQA

    + Experience with Hydraflow, WSPG, or Bluebeam

    + Background in redevelopment, infill, or mixed-use projects

    + Cross-sector experience (e.g., transportation, water resources)

    + Interest in hybrid or remote work with occasional travel
