    Marketing Coordinator

    Job Description

    Sotheby’s International Realty Inc.’s Palm Beach, FL offices are searching for an experienced Marketing Coordinator who is responsible for creating marketing and advertising collateral for the market, supporting agents’ marketing and branding needs, and providing marketing insight and innovation to help agents grow their business. **This is an in-person role supporting the Palm Beach and Wellington offices.** This position reports into the East Coast Regional Marketing Director.

    Responsibilities

    + Support real estate agents in Sotheby’s International Realty Inc.’s Palm Beach and Wellington offices by customizing marketing strategies and materials to fit individual business needs.

    + Create digital and print collateral including brochures, newsletters, postcards, listing presentations, and social media content.

    + Facilitate property launches with promotional materials and ensure accurate listing representation across platforms.

    + Educate agents on marketing tools, templates, and programs through training sessions, presenting at sales meetings, and via one-on-one support.

    + Collaborate with leadership and corporate marketing teams to align on brand messaging and develop new initiatives.

    + Maintain and update the brokerage website and social media accounts.

    + Coordinate local sponsorships, events, and community initiatives; manage related timelines and budgets.

    + Track marketing activities and assist with budget management.

    + Provide seasonal marketing support to other markets as needed.

    + Perform additional duties as assigned to support office and marketing operations.

    Qualifications

    + 4-6 years’ marketing or advertising experience; experience in the real estate industry preferred.

    + Strong attention to detail and deadlines; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and Canva; experience using Asana, and MLS and other real estate databases is a plus.

    + Experience with graphic design, advertising, branding and social media preferred.

    + Ability to present information one-on-one and in group settings to agents and clients.

    + Customer-first mindset, and a passion for working with diverse teams, clients and partners.

    + Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while remaining detail-oriented and organized.

    + 4-year degree; relevant real estate marketing or support experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
