Foundation Operations Manager
JOB SUMMARY
The Foundation Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive internal and external resource development activities while managing the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the Southern Regional Technical College Foundation. This role combines strategic fundraising and development functions with operational management including gift processing, financial reporting, and donor relations.
MAJOR DUTIES
+ Assist in coordinating the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive internal and external resource development plan for Southern Regional Technical College under the direction of the Director of Institutional Advancement;
+ Assist in coordinating and managing fundraising events and campaigns;
+ Research and gather information for funding opportunities and assess and generate donor portfolios as needed;
+ Process and record all gifts to the Foundation and produce all donor acknowledgements, pledge reminders, and annual donor reports;
+ Maintain the constituent management system for all assigned accounts ensuring that goal setting, stewardship, and reporting requirements are met to sustain donor relationships;
+ Automate and streamline the scholarship tracking system; populate, track, and maintain scholarship and donor database and manage/update the scholarship management software/system for the College;
+ Work with accounting firm to produce quarterly and annual financial reports and coordinate annual audit or review;
+ Process and pay invoices, make bank and investment deposits and transfers;
+ Oversee online giving portal for the website in collaboration with Marketing;
+ Develop and maintain working relationships with Board of Trustees and assist in communication and coordinating board meetings and activities;
+ Manage the Foundation's annual budget under direction of the Director of Institutional Advancement;
+ Participates in assessment, planning, budgeting, and staff development; and
+ Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
+ Bachelor’s degree *OR* Five (5) years of experience in a related field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
In addition to the minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
+ Experience working with community boards and organizations
+ Experience working with CRM or donor database software
+ Foundation or nonprofit operations experience
+ Experience working with QuickBooks
+ Experience in resource development, accounting, nonprofit operations, or a related field
