Garage Door Installer

Description:

A garage door company in Sioux Falls, SD, has an immediate opening for a garage door installer. This garage door installer is responsible for the construction and installation of garage doors. In this career, you work with carpentry tools an various materials to install, repair, maintain, or replace doors. A typical day will consist of meeting at the shop every morning and travel to the different jobsites with the crew. Each crew is made up of 2 people - the lead who will drive the truck and the laborer/helper. The travel is regional and installers with be home every night. No garage door repair or installation experience required. Applicants with good construction experience are encouraged to apply.

Hours:

+ Monday thru Friday: 7:00am-5:00pm

+ Saturdays: optional overtime

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

+ Valid drivers license or ability to get within 6 months is required

+ Tape measure proficiency strongly preferred

+ Previous hand tool experience strongly preferred

Experience Level:

+ Entry Level (This company is willing to train individuals with no experience. They only require a willingness to learn!)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
