Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

Join a dynamic team in a production environment dedicated to creating high-quality food products. You will play an essential role in the production line, handling tasks such as boxing, stacking, loading, unloading, palletizing, and wrapping products. Your contribution will ensure the smooth operation of machinery and the efficient flow of production processes.

Responsibilities

+ Operate on production lines, managing the boxing and stacking of products.

+ Load and unload products into the machine and palletize finished products.

+ Handle boxes weighing 15-20 pounds, either loading them at the front of the machine or stacking them at the end.

+ Open boxes containing empty glass bottles and feed them into the production machine.

+ Palletize boxes at the end of the production line.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

+ Follow all GMP practices to ensure quality and compliance.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to lift 15-20 pounds.

+ Capability to stand for shifts ranging from 10-12 hours.

+ Proficiency in working collaboratively on a high-speed production line.

+ Experience in general labor and warehouse settings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Familiarity with pallet jacks and packaging processes.

+ Comfortable working with strong smells in a food manufacturing environment.

+ Bilingual abilities in Spanish or Haitian Creole are advantageous.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hurlock, Maryland.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
