Job Title: Picker and Packer

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Pickers and Packers. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting components for the manufacturing team by accurately following a bill of materials. The parts you will handle vary in size, with many being small items such as o-rings, burrs, and small metal components. It is crucial to ensure that all parts meet quality standards before they are passed on to the manufacturing team for assembly.

Responsibilities

+ Pick components accurately according to a bill of materials.

+ Inspect parts for quality issues before passing them to the manufacturing team.

+ Ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts to the manufacturing team for assembly.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in picking, packaging, and order picking.

+ Experience in warehouse packing and using RF scanners.

+ Ability to read and understand bills of materials.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in manufacturing is preferred.

+ Capable of reading and understanding instructions.

Work Environment

Our work environment operates from 7am to 3:30pm. Employees must wear steel-toed shoes, and safety glasses will be provided. The dress code is casual, with jeans and a plain shirt being appropriate attire.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Groveland, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
