•** **_What You’ll Do_

+ Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems.

+ Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues.

+ Collaborate with and oversee external contractors.

+ Ensure all facilities meet safety and operational standards.

+ Take initiative in identifying and resolving facility-related challenges.

•What You Bring

+ 3-5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.

+ Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

+ Strong troubleshooting and hands-on repair skills.

+ Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

+ High school diploma or equivalent (certifications in trades are a plus).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
