Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Job Description
The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of daily business operations. This position supports cross-functional teams, manages logistics, monitors workflows, and helps implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service delivery.
Responsibilities
+ Track individual components, such as Serial Numbers, VIN Numbers, and License Plates, as they are assembled into a finished product.
+ Coordinate transportation of chillers and trailers between the offsite storage yard and the factory, ensuring production has a steady flow of work without congesting the workspace.
+ Verify all accessories are loaded prior to shipping.
+ Coordinate with the customer for shipping.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in data entry, transferring data correctly to Excel sheets or other tracking software programs.
+ Skilled in using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
+ Experience in logistics, including coordinating transfer, tracking, and monitoring the movement of 'Chiller trailers'.
+ Strong customer service skills.
+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 2+ years of experience in an operations or administrative role.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Proficiency in operational software tools.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
+ Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
+ Familiarity with supply chain or logistics operations is preferred.
+ Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.

Work Environment
This role involves a 50% mix of office and production environments. The shop is air-conditioned during the summer and divided into sections for welding, electrical, and general manufacturing. The warehouse is at the west end of the building and flows into the production floor. The offices are quiet and clean, with large cubicles that have low walls to encourage communication between partners.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
