Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Production Workers at an injection mold company. You will play a crucial role in producing high-quality products for various industries including appliances, automotive, and electronics. Our main customer is a leading household brand, and we strive to meet their high standards with efficiency and precision.

Responsibilities

+ Pull parts off large presses.

+ Perform small piece assembly.

+ Operate various machines simultaneously.

+ Conduct light industrial work with a maximum lifting weight of 15 lbs, typically lighter.

+ Stand and move for 8 to 10 hours daily.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

Work in a large warehouse setting that can be very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. This is a fast-paced environment requiring quick operation to meet high demands. Each shift accommodates 20-30 operators. Our dress code is casual yet appropriate, with options for T-shirts, long sleeves, and jeans. Closed-toe shoes are required, and shorts are permissible in summer. You will work rotating shifts: 1st shift from 7:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday, 2nd shift from 3:00pm to 11:00pm Monday to Friday, and 3rd shift from 11:00pm to 7:00am Sunday to Thursday. Be prepared to work one weekend day for overtime as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Branch, Iowa.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
