    Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

    Job Description

    In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of tasks in both Upstream and Downstream manufacturing processes for Oral Thin Film (OTF) and Transdermal Patch therapeutic products. This includes working with controlled substances and potent drugs in a GMP-regulated environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform manual tasks per Batch Records and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

    + Accurately document activities in Batch Records, Logbooks, and other GMP-compliant records.

    + Follow all GMP, SOP, and safety/housekeeping protocols.

    + Handle materials, including controlled substances and potent compounds, with care and precision.

    + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards.

    Essential Skills

    + 1-2+ years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

    + Proficiency in English, both verbal and written form.

    + Basic math aptitude (Calculations & percentages).

    + Ability to clearly document activities in Batch Records, Logbooks, and other records in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Must be able to stand on concrete floors for extended periods of time.

    + Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.

    + Ability to ascend and descend stepladders.

    + Capability to stoop, squat, and bend.

    + Must be able to frequently reach laterally and overhead occasionally.

    + Must be able to frequently grasp objects.

    + Must possess sufficient visual and audio acuity to work safely and accurately in an industrial environment.

    + Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.

    + Must be able to wear negative and/or positive PPE (e.g., dust mask, PAPR) daily for long periods of time.

    + Must be medically cleared to wear respirators without restrictions.

    + Must be able to pass mandatory drug screen to work with DEA regulated products.

    Work Environment

     

    Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Cleanroom Production Environment. The role offers various shift options: 1st Shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, 2nd Shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, and 3rd Shift with a 4-day, 10-hour workweek from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM or 10:00 PM to 8:30 AM, Monday through Thursday.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.20 - $22.20/hr.
