Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

Join our team as a General Production Worker, where you will play a vital role in assembling molds for large industrial bins used in the food and beverage industry. Your work will be seen across sports complexes, concession stands, and standalone ice bins. This position involves creating the entire setup, including metal frames, electrical components for lighting, and promotional decals.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble plastic parts using hand and power tools.

+ Follow work orders and instructions to ensure proper assembly.

+ Attach printed graphics securely using fasteners and tools.

+ Inspect and label finished products according to specifications.

Essential Skills

+ Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

+ Effective communication with team members.

+ Ability to conduct manual tasks accurately and consistently.

+ Experience with hand and power tools.

Work Environment

Work in a very clean workshop where molds are managed with cranes and weigh between 5-40 pounds, ensuring safety with team lifts for heavier items. The environment is climate-controlled, and no safety shoes are required unless welding.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Decorah, Iowa.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $19.00/hr.
