    As a **_Production Specialist_** , you’ll play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the consistent production of high-quality ceramic components. Your contributions will directly support our mission to exceed customer expectations and maintain our position as a trusted industry partner.

     

    •** **_Key Responsibilities_

    + Operate safely and comply with OSHA and environmental standards.

    + Manufacture high-quality products to meet production goals.

    + Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to ensure smooth operations.

    + Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.

    + Accurately complete production records and paperwork.

    + Support and train new team members.

    + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

    •** **_What We’re Looking For_

    + Minimum 2 years of production experience (assembly, machine operation, or warehouse).

    + Comfortable using hand tools (e.g., wrenches, hammers).

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

    + Mechanical aptitude and blueprint reading skills.

    + High School Diploma or GED.

    + Basic math and communication skills.

    + Forklift experience is a plus (training available).

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
