    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7am-5pm

    • About the Role

     

    We're hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators who are ready to hit the ground running on exciting commercial construction projects in the Lincoln area. You'll be operating state-of-the-art equipment for site grading and prep work—no travel, no hassle, just solid work with a great crew.

     

    • Responsibilities

    + Operate CAT 627 Belly Scrapers, dozers, tractors, and excavators

    + Perform precise grading tasks for new building sites

    + Load and manage equipment safely and efficiently

    + Collaborate with the team to meet daily site goals

    • Requirements

    + 1+ year of hands-on experience with scrapers

    + Skilled in operating tractors, excavators, and dozers

    + Knowledge of jobsite safety practices

    + Strong communication and teamwork abilities

    • Equipment You'll Use

    + **Scrapers:** CAT 627

    + **Tractors:** Challengers, New Holland

    + **Pans:** Ashland

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
