This is an entry-level position! Willing to train, must have a manufacturing** **background** **to be considered.

Shift: 3rd shift 3pm-11pm (Training will be on 1st shift)

Pay Rate: $20/hour to start

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Powder Coater & Wet Paint Technician to join our growing team! In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for prepping, coating, and finishing metal parts using both powder coating and wet paint techniques. If you take pride in precision, quality, and teamwork—this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

+ Prepare surfaces by sanding, grinding, and cleaning.

+ Apply powder coatings using electrostatic spray guns.

+ Perform wet paint applications as required.

+ Cure coated parts using industrial ovens.

+ Inspect finished products for quality, coverage, and consistency.

+ Maintain and troubleshoot spray booths and coating equipment.

+ Track inventory of powders, paints, and supplies.

+ Follow OSHA safety and environmental standards.

+ Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet deadlines.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
