Aerotek has a 1st shift Production Lead position with a premier manufacturing company in the Waite Park area

Responsibilities include:

+ Leading a team of 10-15 people on the Production floor.

+ Operating and managing industrial machines to ensure smooth production.

+ Top-notch problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

+ Utilizing computer skills for data entry and machine operation.

Qualifications:

+ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

+ Experience in manufacturing production and machine operation.

+ Computer literacy

+ Must be motivated to cultivate a great team working environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
