_**Welder - $26/Hour - Benefits Day 1 - WEEKLY PAY**_

_Location: Sioux Falls, SD_

_Pay: $23-$26/hour_

_Hours: Monday-Friday_

_We are looking for a skilled and motivated Welder! Welders will be working on various projects including structural steel, pipelines, and industrial equipment. They will need to be proficient in different welding techniques and materials to ensure high-quality and safe welds._

_Responsibilities:_

+ _Perform welding tasks using various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.)._

+ _Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings._

+ _Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards._

+ _Maintain and repair welding equipment as needed._

+ _Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently._

+ _Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment._

_Skills:_

+ _3 to 10 years of previous welding experience._

+ _Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques._

+ _Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics._

+ _Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality._

+ _Good tenure and longevity at previous places of employment._

+ _Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment._

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
