    Job Title: Warehouse Associate

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for moving products throughout a warehouse, shipping and receiving, and loading and unloading trucks by hand. You will follow a pick list to ensure accurate and efficient handling of inventory.

    Responsibilities

    + Pick orders off a pick list and stage shipments.

    + Stack boxes on skids and manually wrap the skids with a roll of shrink wrap.

    + Organize the warehouse upon completion of order picking.

    + Put away products in their correct locations.

    + Unload trucks, check inventory, and ensure accuracy through double-checking.

    + Rotate stock by placing new items at the back and old items at the front, and label inventory accordingly.

    + Follow pick sheets, locate stock, pull orders off racks, and stage pallets and shipments on the docks.

    + Load trucks with the correct inventory as they arrive.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with forklift operation.

    + Order picking and pulling proficiency.

    + Shipping and receiving knowledge.

    + Material handling skills.

    + Proficiency with RF scanners and ERP systems.

    + Inventory management.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with RF scanners and ERP systems is a plus.

    + Strong inventory management skills.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a large 120,000 sq. ft. facility currently used as a distribution center with a small team of 10 dedicated individuals. The environment is laid-back and casual, requiring steel-toed shoes or boots. The working hours are from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with overtime as needed.     Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
