Job Title: Order Picker/Packer

Job Description

This is a temporary packaging position with the potential to transition into a permanent role. The main responsibilities include removing materials from boxes, relabeling them, packing them, and preparing them for the next shipment. The position requires handling 500-1000 orders daily in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.

Responsibilities

+ Remove materials from boxes and apply new labels.

+ Pack items and prepare them for shipment.

+ Handle 500-1000 orders per day.

+ Maintain a fast-paced work rate with attention to detail.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in picking and packing.

+ Proficiency with order picking and warehouse operations.

+ Ability to verify products accurately.

+ Experience using RF scanners.

+ General labor skills in a warehouse setting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in inventory management.

+ Previous warehouse packing experience.

Work Environment

The job takes place in an open warehouse environment, requiring standing for the entire shift. The dress code is casual, consisting of jeans, t-shirts, and tennis shoes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mankato, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
