    Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

    Job Description

    The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of maintenance technicians, focusing on leadership. The role requires organizational skills for data entry and collection regarding machine repairs, parts orders, and preventative maintenance schedules. Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting is essential to guide and lead technicians.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians.

    + Organize data entry and collection for machine repairs and parts orders.

    + Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules.

    + Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to guide technicians.

    + Collaborate with engineering, management, and production teams.

    + Oversee maintenance of hydraulics, robotics, mechanical systems, electrical components, and PLCs.

    Shift/Pay/Additional Information:

    + Direct Hire

    + Shift: 1st - Monday - Friday - 5/10's

    + Pay: $80,000.00 Salary

    + Eligible for Straight Time OT after 50 Hours

    + PTO: Three weeks of vacation time and OT pay.

    The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

     

    Direct hire opportunity - No contract period!

     

    3 weeks vacation time.
