Job Title: Production Line Worker

Job Description

The candidate will perform tasks related to anodizing small parts for medical and dental companies. They will receive cross-training in various anodizing techniques, including electropolishing, passivation, and laser marking, and may transition into other production areas such as blasting or racking/passivation.

Responsibilities

+ Anodize small parts with precision and accuracy.

+ Cross-train in electropolishing, passivation, and laser marking.

+ Ensure correct dipping of parts during the anodizing process.

+ Collaborate with a team while maintaining individual workstation tasks.

+ Participate in packaging and assembly line duties as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Attention to detail

+ Good hand dexterity

+ Experience with production processes

+ Ability to handle small parts using tweezers

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with anodizing techniques

+ Ability to work independently and with a team

Work Environment

The work is performed on the 2nd shift, Monday to Thursday from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM. Training may occur on the 1st shift for 1-2 weeks, though this is not required. The team consists of around 10 members, with each working at their own desk or workstation. The dress code includes closed-toed shoes, jeans or pants, and a T-shirt or long-sleeve shirt.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
