Job Description:

The Facilities Manager will oversee the main location and corporate operations, managing a team of three or more workers. This role requires experience in project management, documentation, hands-on work, and budgeting.

Responsibilities:

+ Oversee the maintenance and operations of the main facility and corporate location.

+ Manage a team of two workers, providing guidance and support.

+ Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities and budget management.

+ Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth operations and maintenance services.

+ Implement preventive maintenance strategies to ensure facility efficiency.

+ Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and carpentry tasks.

Essential Skills:

+ Strong customer service skills.

+ Experience in facilities maintenance and management.

+ Knowledge of vendor management.

+ Proficient in preventive maintenance techniques.

+ Understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC repair and facility management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

+ Experience in documentation and budgeting.

+ Ability to manage repairs and maintenance tasks effectively.
