    Job Type: Contract to Hire

    Shifts Available:

    + 2nd Shift

    + 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

    We’re hiring mechanically minded individuals to join our production team asTube Line Operators. Whether you’ve run machines before or just know your way around tools, this is your chance to earn great pay while learning valuable skills in a fast-paced industrial environment.

    What You’ll Do

    + Operate machines including burnishers, straighteners, saws, and buffers

    + Use forklifts, overhead cranes, and plate blasters to move materials

    + Perform welding repairs on tube seams

    + Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment

    + Follow safety procedures and contribute to a clean, efficient workspace

    + Assist with other duties as needed to meet production goals

    What You Bring

    + Mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools and machinery

    + Experience in machine operation or general labor preferred

    + Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math

    + Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

    + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

    Bonus Skills

    + Welding or fabrication experience

    + Forklift certified or able to pass forklift test

    + Experience in grinding, hand tools, or industrial equipment

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $24.99 - $24.99/hr.
