    Job Title: Packer

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Packer where you will be integral to the production process, working at the end of the production line to handle products, count them according to order sheets, and pack them into boxes for shipment.

    Responsibilities

    + Report to the supervisor at the start of each shift.

    + Be assigned to a specific line for the day and receive cross-training on different lines.

    + Apply labels, stack and pack boxes, and manage scrap parts.

    + Fill out work orders based on the day's production run.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (usually up to 20 lbs, as products are generally light).

    + Proficiency in English for reading and following instructions.

    + Counting skills.

    + Experience with injection molding, injection mold, and injection molding machines.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in an industrial environment.

    + Familiarity with extrusion or injection molding processes.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a cleanroom environment with provided safety glasses, which must be worn at all times on the floor. The facility is temperature-controlled to ensure comfort. All breaks are paid, including one 15-minute and one 30-minute break. Shift at this time is 3rd shift from 11pm-7am.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leominster, Massachusetts.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
