**Location** : McConnellsburg, PA | Contract-to-Hire | Full-Time

What You’ll Do

+ Learn to operate overhead cranes and handle large parts safely.

+ Train across multiple production areas to build a strong foundation.

+ Follow detailed instructions and read blueprints to complete tasks accurately.

+ Focus on quality and precision in all painting-related work.

+ Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols.

+ Work both independently and as part of a team.

What We’re Looking For

+ Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

+ Some experience or exposure to painting—whether through work, school, or as a hobby.

+ Ability to use tape measures, hand tools, and power tools.

+ Background in manufacturing or assembly is a plus.

+ Work conditions include heat and exposure to the elements.

+ Required attire: jeans, steel-toe boots, and a clean work shirt.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.75/hr.
