Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing support and repairs to the various machinery found in the production areas and the equipment that is found within the building and systems.

Responsibilities

+ Perform maintenance on all machinery during the shift.

+ Troubleshoot and correct machine issues and plant maintenance issues during the shift as requested.

+ Provide timely repairs, upkeep, and preventive maintenance.

+ Ensure adequate repair parts are stocked and use the MRO system for removing and returning parts from inventory.

+ Make recommendations for equipment improvements and assist with set-ups, start-ups, and qualifications.

+ Strive for continuous improvement of equipment.

+ Serve as an example for housekeeping and safety standards.

+ Ensure that daily preventive maintenance tasks are performed and recorded.

+ Enter all Work Order Requests into an automated tracking system.

+ Maintain accurate recordkeeping and reporting of Work Order Request information.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in industrial maintenance.

+ Proficiency in electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics troubleshooting.

+ Skill in PLC troubleshooting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with preventive maintenance processes.

+ Capability to make recommendations for equipment improvements.
