Job Title: Clean Room Assembler - 1st shift $17.00 (6am to 2pm), 2nd shift $19.55 (2pm to 10pm) and 3rd shift $20.40 (10pm to 6am)

Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous assembler who excels in working with small, precise parts that require handling with tweezers. You will occasionally operate machines by aligning parts in a jig and using computer guidance. You will also perform quality checks using microscopes and magnifying glasses, and occasionally work in a clean room or operate a laser etching machine.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble small parts with precision using tweezers.

+ Operate machinery by placing parts in a jig and aligning them on a computer.

+ Conduct quality checks using microscopes and magnifying glasses.

+ Work in a clean room environment when needed.

+ Operate a laser etching machine occasionally.

Essential Skills

+ 1+ year of experience in roles requiring attention to detail and quality control using microscopes, micrometers, or calipers.

+ 1+ year of experience in small parts assembly.

+ 1+ year of experience in data entry and computer skills, including familiarity with medical systems, ERP, and Epicor.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience working in a medical-related position is a plus.

+ 1+ year of ERP experience is beneficial.

+ 1+ year of experience with Epicor is advantageous.

Work Environment

The work environment allows for casual attire, such as jeans and a polo or nice t-shirt. Safety goggles are provided due to the use of lasers, while steel toe boots are not required. If working in the clean room, employees will need to suit up each day.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kettering, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.55 - $20.40/hr.
