_General Laborer- Start ASAP- Weekly Pay_

_Pay: $20-$23/hour_

_Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm_

_We are seeking a dedicated general laborer to assist with a variety of tasks, including waiving in trucks to designated dumping locations, performing clean-up duties such as sweeping, shoveling, and sanitation, and tying off bulk totes for beans. The role involves various labor tasks and will transition from shipping out seed to cleanup activities, with a shift to receiving tasks in the fall._

_Responsibilities:_

+ _Direct trucks to appropriate dumping sites and bins._

+ _Conduct clean-up activities including sweeping, shoveling, and basic sanitation._

+ _Tie off bulk totes for beans._

+ _Engage in general labor tasks associated with seed shipping, cleanup, and receiving._

_Skills:_

+ _Ability to perform general labor tasks such as packing, packaging, and bulk loading._

+ _Proficiency in cleaning and sanitation processes._

+ _Effective communication skills in English to ensure safety._

+ _Ability to work on your feet throughout the day._

+ _Willingness to learn the processing side for potential long-term employment._

+ _Flexibility to commit to short-term or seasonal work._

_Work Environment:_

+ _Work primarily takes place in a pole barn/work shed, with exposure to outdoor temperatures due to open shipping and dock doors._

+ _Tasks will involve working in a team of 2-3 people to efficiently load and dump trucks._

+ _During tote filling, employees will work between machines, tying off bags while others manage equipment._

+ _Steel-toed boots are required, with other PPE provided._

+ _Dress appropriately for weather conditions and active work._

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
