    Job Description

    Join a leading hazardous waste company as a Class A CDL Driver. This role involves local driving with the furthest destination being Yuma, AZ. You will be responsible for safely transporting hazardous waste from pick-up sites to designated facilities.

    Responsibilities

    + Meet at the yard each day to begin the route.

    + Drive company vehicles to designated pick-up sites.

    + Collect and transport hazardous waste safely.

    + Deliver waste to the appropriate facility.

    + Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

    Essential Skills

    + Valid Class A CDL license.

    + Ability to obtain Hazwoper/Hazmat Tanker endorsement within 6 months of hiring.

    + Strong driving skills and safety awareness.

    + Excellent customer service skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Prior experience in hazardous waste transportation is a plus.

    + Familiarity with local routes and regulations is beneficial.

    Work Environment

    + The position operates on a first shift schedule and requires on-call availability one week on and one week off. Overtime is available daily. The role involves local driving with a focus on safety and adherence to regulations.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $76960.00/yr.
