    Job Title: Warehouse Worker

    Job Description

    In this role, you will be responsible for packaging sample boards, which consist of various remodeling samples such as ceiling tiles, cabinets, flooring, and backsplashes. These boards, typically weighing around 15 lbs, are crucial in assisting people in selecting complete packages for their remodeling needs. You will receive these boards from the assembler, wrap them in plastic, pack them in boxes, and then palatalize and prepare the pallets for shipping.

    Responsibilities

    + Package sample boards for remodeling purposes.

    + Wrap boards in plastic and pack them into boxes.

    + Palatalize and prepare pallets for shipping.

    + Assemble cabinet doors, backsplashes, and flooring on sample boards.

    + Load sample boards into crates.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with hand tools and power tools.

    + Ability to use RF scanner.

    + Proficiency in inventory management and packaging.

    + Understanding of safety protocols in a warehouse setting.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma required.

    + Minimum of 6 months previous manufacturing experience.

    + Construction experience is a plus.

    + Ability to read and interpret basic English for work orders.

    Work Environment

     

    You will work in a warehouse that may become warm as it is not air-conditioned. The dress code is casual, allowing shorts and no requirement for steel-toe boots. The facility is in the process of moving to a newly remodeled location down the road, scheduled for November. Working hours are from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with a 10-minute paid morning break and a half-hour unpaid lunch break.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
