Responsibilities: * Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. * Gather and empty wastebaskets, take trash to dumpsters; * Service, clean, and supply restrooms; * Dust and polish furniture and fixtures; * Clean windows, mirrors, and blinds; * Keep stock of cleaning and office supplies; * Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities; * Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repairs. Minimum Requirements: * U.S. citizenship; * Secret Security Clearance or higher level; * High School Diploma; * Ability to reach, lift, and/or move up to 50 pounds; * Must have reliable transportation and be able to work on-site; * Good communication skills.
