Emmy Squared West Midtown, Atlanta is looking for an experienced and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our growing team! Part of the Pizza Loves Emily Restaurant Group, Emmy Squared Pizza is a full-service, upscale casual restaurant company serving Detroit-style pizza, award-winning burgers, fresh salads, and more. With over 20 locations across the country—including NYC, DC, Alexandria, Nashville, Atlanta, and beyond.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. You will work closely with both FOH and BOH teams to ensure a smooth, efficient shift while delivering a top-notch guest experience. Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:

+ Lead and support the FOH and BOH teams during your shift

+ Ensure smooth execution of service and uphold guest satisfaction

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment

+ Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting

+ Address and resolve any guest issues that arise during the shift

+ Coach and support team members, stepping in where needed to ensure operations run effectively

+ Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation standards

+ Communicate effectively with the management team regarding shift performance, staffing, and any operational issues

Shift Supervisor Qualifications:

+ At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant

+ Strong communication and leadership skills

+ A team player with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach

+ Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain composure in a fast-paced setting
