    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    Boost Mobile is seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Program Manager to lead its 911 program, ensuring ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Engineering and Operations, this role oversees program strategy, execution, and reporting while serving as the primary point of contact for regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing technical initiatives, driving cross-functional collaboration, and influencing public safety outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop and implement process improvements, risk mitigation plans, and compliance controls

    + Build strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and regulatory stakeholders

    + Track, report, and communicate program health, compliance status, and performance metrics

    + Manage responses to regulatory inquiries, audits, and investigations

    + Lead vendor oversight, ensuring performance aligns with contractual and compliance expectations

    + Support project execution and technology planning with a focus on regulatory impacts

     

    Skills, Experience and Requirements

    Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Business Administration, Telecommunications, or related field. Relevant job experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

    + Minimum of four years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or project/program management. Telecommunications or public safety sector experience is highly desired

    Skills and Qualifications:

    + Proven success leading and delivering complex technical projects

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey regulatory and technical concepts

    + Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to influence outcomes across teams

    + Ability to manage multiple projects independently; PMP or CAPM certification preferred

    + Experience with 911 technologies, particularly within wireless 4G and 5G networks

    + Familiarity with 911 regulations, wireless standards, and developing policies, processes, and workflows

    Salary Ranges

     

    Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

    The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
