Job Duties and Responsibilities

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap with business and technology leaders

+ Oversee feature development, ensuring cross-functional alignment

+ Partner with senior leadership to prioritize high-impact initiatives

+ Manage product value, usability, feasibility, and business risks

+ Ensure clarity in artifacts, requirements, and acceptance criteria

+ Lead Agile ceremonies, customer journey mapping, and end-to-end product lifecycle management

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

+ BA/BS in a technical or business discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science, finance, business administration) or related field

+ Minimum 5 years of Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst or equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills and Qualifications:

+ Strong technical acumen to engage in solution discussions

+ Experience in the wireless industry

+ Excellent organization, facilitation, and communication skills

+ Proven analytical, problem-solving, and self-motivation skills

+ Ability to collaborate across distributed teams and manage shifting priorities

+ Proficiency in Rally, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD environments

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $120,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
