Job Summary:

Qualified candidates are responsible for maintaining, repairing and the assessment of Facility equipment and buildings/grounds. Candidate will be required to physically maintain all integral components in a manner consistent with manufacturing standards.

Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

+ Responsible for maintaining, repairing and the assessment of conveyor systems, material handling equipment and warehouse storage racking and related components

+ Abides by TCP and state regulated safety policies

+ Notifies Supervisor of any safety concerns or violations

+ Supports Maintenance Supervisor with routine facility inspections, fire system inspections, light tenant improvement projects, etc.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Provide excellent customer service to all internal customers

Education and Requirements:

+ Regularly required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The associate must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus

+ Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud

+ Must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions and to write correspondence

+ Basic math skills are required, such as the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide

+ Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions and the ability to effectively communicate with Supervisor

+ One to three months of related experience and/or training

+ Basic PC skills are required
