Department Summary
Surpassing network limitations of the past, our Wireless Development team is building and enhancing the country’s first cloud-native, standalone 5G wireless network. Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.
Key Responsibilities:
+ **Workflow & Process Development:**
+ Design and standardize work order management processes, leveraging platforms such as ServiceNow (SNOW) and other enterprise systems
+ Develop protocols for tracking, escalating, and resolving network incidents to minimize downtime and manual inefficiencies
+ **Automation & Continuous Improvement:**
+ Identify opportunities for automation in field interventions and develop strategies to implement them
+ Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to refine process automation tools and monitor their performance
+ **Training & Competency Development:**
+ Work with the Manager to define core skills and competencies for Field Engineers
+ Develop training programs and certification paths focused on advanced troubleshooting, remote diagnostics, and software-driven network configuration
+ **Documentation & Quality Standards:**
+ Create and maintain detailed process documentation, standard operating procedures, and performance benchmarks
+ Ensure that all processes adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Task Inventory:
+ Map out and document current field engineering workflows and identify areas for improvement
+ Develop, test, and roll out standardized processes for work order ticketing and incident resolution
+ Implement continuous improvement initiatives and periodic reviews to update standards as technology evolves
+ Coordinate with training teams to develop modules that address identified process gaps
+ Manage process audits and quality checks to ensure compliance and effectiveness

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
+ 5+ years’ experience in process optimization or operational excellence within telecom or a related technical field
Skills and Qualifications:
+ Strong background in work order management systems (e.g., SNOW) and automation technologies
+ Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to process documentation and quality assurance
+ Proven ability to lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives and drive change management efforts
+ Up to 50% Travel

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,160.00/Year - $118,800.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
