    Job Duties and Responsibilities

     

    We're seeking an analytical and proactive Business Operations Analyst to join our In-Home Services division. You'll convert raw data into meaningful insights to enhance decision-making, optimize sales performance, and drive operational efficiency. You'll collaborate across teams to deliver actionable analytics and champion process improvements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + **Reporting & Analysis:** Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports, identifying trends and insights

    + **Sales Analytics:** Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and recommend strategic optimizations

    + **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with various teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product) to provide tailored analytical solutions

    + **Data Management:** Maintain accurate, high-quality data sets and reports

    + **Process Improvement:** Identify and implement process enhancements and automation

    + **Ad-Hoc Analysis:** Provide responsive analytics, dashboards, and specialized reports as needed

    + **Data Visualization:** Clearly communicate findings through visuals and concise presentations to senior leadership

     

    Skills, Experience and Requirements

    Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, AND/OR

    + 1-3 year(s) experience in business analytics, operations analysis, or related field

    Skills and Qualifications:

    + Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel

    + Familiarity with SQL and database concepts

    + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills

    + Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

    + Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

    Preferred Experience:

    + Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus

    Salary Ranges

     

    Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

    The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
