    OneMain Auto is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Compliance Analyst to join our Auto Lending Compliance team. This role is critical in supporting the company’s compliance management system by conducting risk-based testing, monitoring, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

     

    The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and a strong communicator with an understanding of consumer lending compliance frameworks and regulatory expectations.

    In the Role

    + Conduct regular compliance testing across business lines to assess adherence to federal and state laws, internal policies, and vendor agreements.

    + Analyze regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations, including recommending updates to testing scopes and corrective actions.

    + Collaborate with business unit management to resolve compliance issues.

    + Draft clear, concise, and actionable reports summarizing testing results and presenting findings to stakeholders.

    + Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred.

    + 3 years experience in regulatory compliance, audit, or risk management within the financial services or consumer lending industry.

    + Knowledge of consumer protection laws and regulations (e.g., TILA, ECOA, FCRA, UDAAP, GLBA).

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.

    + Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
