Position: Remote Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $16/HR

9 Month Contract to Hire (Long-term & Permanent opportunity)

Schedule: Fully Remote 3 available schedules (Please Read)

1. Monday-Friday 7:00 am-3:30 pm ET (Sat & Sun off)

2. Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-4:30 pm ET & Sat 8:45 am-5:15 pm ( Fri & Sun off)

3. Tuesday-Friday 9:00 am-5:30 pm ET & Saturday 8:45 am-5:15 pm (Sun & Mon off)

As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals navigating teacher certification programs. You’ll provide support through phone, chat, email, and web uploads—ensuring every interaction is clear, helpful, and empathetic.

Responsibilities Will Include:

+ Responding to inquiries across multiple programs and communication channels.

+ Understanding customer needs and delivering accurate, timely assistance.

+ Using internal systems, websites, and published materials to resolve issues.

+ Escalating complex technical problems when needed.

+ Maintaining detailed records in our CRM system.

+ Following security protocols and service quality standards.

+ Supporting additional tasks that contribute to our mission.

Qualifications & Requirements:

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Comfort working independently in a remote setting.

+ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

+ Familiarity with CRM systems and online tools.

+ A customer-first mindset and a collaborative spirit.

+ Previous experience in customer service or education is a plus!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
