Top Skills

+ Technical Training Expertise: Ability to explain complex systems to non-technical audiences

+ Instructional Design: Skilled in developing training content, manuals, job aids, and e-learning materials

+ Financial Communication: Experience integrating fiscal concepts into training for non-financial users

Required Skills

+ Adult learning theory and instructional design best practices

+ Deliver training both in-person and virtually

+ Work effectively with diverse populations, including non-native English speakers

+ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

+ Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems

+ Understanding of budgeting, financial workflows, and payment processing

Nice to Have

+ Experience with public benefits systems or education-related programs

+ Proficiency in Articulate or similar e-learning tools

+ Content management systems (CMS) experience

+ Familiarity with Jira and Agile environments

+ Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach on Agile principles

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $49.00/hr.
