Mortgage Fulfillment Underwriter

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)

About the Role

Are you passionate about precision and compliance in the mortgage industry? Join our team as a Mortgage Fulfillment Underwriter, where your expertise will ensure that every loan meets investor guidelines and regulatory standards. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our mortgage operations while helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams.

What You’ll Do

As a Mortgage Fulfillment Underwriter, you will:

+ Underwrite a full range of mortgage loans, including FHA loans, with accuracy and confidence.

+ Review mortgage applications and documentation to ensure completeness and compliance.

+ Collaborate with clients to resolve outstanding issues and prepare documentation.

+ Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations in partnership with our compliance team.

+ Make timely decisions to approve or deny mortgage applications.

+ Support related duties as assigned, contributing to a smooth and efficient loan process.

+ Model our core values and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

sWhat We’re Looking For

+ Proven experience in mortgage underwriting, preferably with FHA loan knowledge.

+ Strong understanding of investor guidelines and regulatory requirements.

+ Excellent attention to detail and decision-making skills.

+ Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.

+ A commitment to integrity, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $35.00/hr.
