Job Title: Intermediate Faculty Affairs/HR Coordinator

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
+ Works with Faculty Affairs Coordinator to help manage faculty credentialing and privileging at UCHealth and CHCO, including UCH Payor Source Credentialing.
+ Works with Faculty Affairs Coordinator to help manage CU Med Salesforce credentialing and Site of Practice efforts.
+ Assist in creating letters of offer for new faculty hires, staff hires, addendums and administrative appointments.
+ Assists with promotion and midcourse processes for promotion track faculty.
+ Assists with volunteer faculty appointments and reappointments.
+ UCH, CHCO and CU Medicine recredentialing, including application payments.
+ Work with Sr. Payroll Specialist to help manage and complete HCM Smartsheet entries monthly, including, FTE changes, terminations, new hire entries, and recruitment incentives.
+ Assist with HR entries, leave and hour tracking.
+ Assist with coordination of onboarding scheduling (i.e., work with candidates and hiring managers to schedule onboarding meetings).
+ Keep department documentation up to date throughout the process including Smartsheet's, employee files and OnBase.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in public administration, public policy, business, higher education administration, social sciences, behavioral sciences, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
+ One (1) year of professional level experience in general HR.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Master's degree in a field related to HR.
+ Experience managing and handling sensitive and confidential information.
+ Experience in project management.
+ Experience with working in Smartsheet.
+ Experience using CU programs (Smartsheet, PRiSM, HCM, FIMS, Salesforce, or similar programs).
+ Experience in creating HR documents (Letters of offers, MPA's, etc.).
+ Payroll related experience
+ Experience working with students, staff, and faculty, within a higher education and/or academic medical environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
+ Ability to analyze, interpret, and evaluate a broad range of laws, rules, and regulations in order to exercise good judgment in applying them to human resource challenges.
+ Knowledge of the professional standards, concepts, and practices of recruitment and selection, employee relations, or organizational development and human resource policy.
+ Advanced knowledge of leave time policies and best practices.
+ Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally, including public speaking.
+ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.
+ Thorough knowledge of current management and leadership methods and best practices.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
+ Attention to detail, organized.
+ Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, handle a fast-paced environment.

The Department of Psychiatry has an opening for an Intermediate Faculty Affairs/HR Coordinator. This position will focus on a variety of tasks including faculty affairs, payroll related tasks and onboarding of faculty and staff within the department as part of a team to support major growth within the department.
- this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.
