Job Description: The eCommerce and Customer Marketing lead is an integral part of the team within the North American Sales Organization. This contractor will be set to cover 2 consecutive parental leaves, with an estimated start of Mid-August 2025 to Mid-May 2026. This individual will support the Strategic Accounts and Growth Channels area leadership in the first part of coverage and will then transition to cover the Grocery Wholesale area. This person owns the management of the marketing budget and will spearheads strategic annual planning of key drive periods at retail. Essential Functions & Responsibilities • People Development between 5 to 6 people (Analyst to Sr. Mgr level) • Building strategies to drive market share and understand how current plans are performing. Share out success and best practices. • Budget owner & cascades budget down to Sr Mgrs/Mgrs • Support customer Specific JBP/JVP/KVP as needed • MBR/QBR Analytics and support • Primary POC for: BU Leadership, National Omni Team • Recaps of the following: Specific campaign recaps (per customer), Test & Learns • Equipping & training Field Sales Teams with eComm Sales knowledge for them to eventually own through tools and document aids. • Retail Media Network Monthly Reporting & QBRs • Digital Expect across Perfect Screen: Strategy, Reporting & Share Outs across availability, content, and share of search. Expected Experience & Required Skills • Consumer package goods industry experience or similar experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs • Strong sales, eCommerce, marketing, media, category planning and/or analytical background • Strong oral and written communication skills, including reporting and presentation skills • Excellent organization and project management skills • Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction • Savvy with business intelligence tools/software (ex. IRI, Spark, Reveal, Tableau, and Budget Management) • Ability to effectively summarize sophisticated information upwards and influence sales leadership to drive appropriate action • Strong at forging internal/external relationships and commanding trust/respect of others • Proven track record to coordinate a strategic vision and a team of individuals in a fast-paced, results driven environment • Knowledge of retailers (ALB, TGT, AD, DG, Meijer, HEB, Publix preferred) and broker environment

Key Responsibilities Lead a team of 6: 3 Sr. Managers, 1 Manager, 1 Sr. Analyst, 1 Analyst Drive 2026 planning across strategic accounts (Albertsons, Ahold Delhaize, Target, Dollar General) Optimize campaign performance and ROI Support eCommerce market share growth and digital media execution Transition to Grocery Wholesale (Meijer, HEB, Publix) in the second half of the contract Preferred Experience 8+ years in digital marketing, eCommerce, or CPG People management experience preferred, but not required with strong digital expertise and executive presence Familiarity with the CARS framework (Content, Availability, Ratings & Reviews, Search) ️ Tools & Platforms Tableau (used for dashboards; team supports data pulling) Emphasis on interpreting data rather than building dashboards ️ Timeline & Process Target start date: August 18, 2025 (flexible based on process speed) ❓ Q&A Highlights Top priorities (30/60/90 days): Support 2026 planning across strategic accounts Key deliverables during coverage: Drive campaign performance, support eCommerce growth, lead team through planning and execution Success metrics: eCommerce market share improvement, completion of 2026 planning, program execution Critical tools/platforms: Tableau; media metrics fluency prioritized over dashboard building Years of experience: Ideally 8+ years; people management preferred but not required Coverage period differences: First half: Strategic accounts with strong digital focus Second half: Grocery Wholesale with traditional marketing (e.g., coupons, signage), still includes digital elements

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $81.60 - $98.00/hr.
