• Product Manager

    TEKsystems (Cupertino, CA)


    MUST HAVE: Compliance and E-commerce (preferable retail)

    Description

    As a Product Manager, you'll drive compliance projects for our Fortune 500 client's Online Store. This includes all project phases, from intake and assessment to implementation and reporting.

    In this role you will:

    Assist in prioritizing compliance projects based on risk, timing, impact, and resources.

     

    Independently lead projects with a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders.

     

    Stitch across incoming requests and look for opportunities to deliver capabilities that address multiple regulatory needs.

     

    Author and review business requirements.

     

    Prioritize team activities and drive issue resolution.

     

    Identify and mitigate project risks.

     

    Use sharp story telling skills to help gain leadership support for compliance projects.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    7+ years of project and portfolio management experience.

     

    Bachelor's degree in related field.

     

    Past experience managing compliance projects.

     

    Strong understanding of e-commerce regulations.

     

    Proficiency in project management tools.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    8+ years of experience, focusing on regulatory compliance in e-commerce.

     

    Experience with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).

     

    PMP, CSM, or similar certification.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $60.00/hr.
