    Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative

     

    Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference in people’s lives? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and be the voice that supports employees in understanding and navigating their benefits and insurance programs.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Handle 30–40 inbound calls daily in a queue-based environment.

    + Assess and synthesize data to provide accurate information on benefits and group insurance programs.

    + Identify opportunities for improvement in program design and administrative processes.

    + Record and manage employee benefit enrollments.

    + Explain complex aspects of insurance programs to employees and their dependents with clarity and empathy.

    + Apply specialized knowledge in benefits administration, going beyond basic clerk duties.

    • What We’re Looking For:

    Must-Haves:

    + 1+ year of customer service experience (in-person or call center).

    + Strong patience and compassion—you’ll be guiding people through important life decisions.

    + Basic computer proficiency: navigating Microsoft Office, managing multiple browser tabs, and using tools like Webex.

    + Stable job history—we value commitment and reliability.

    Nice-to-Haves:

    + Previous call center experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you!

    + Familiarity with benefits or insurance programs is a bonus.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
