Position Responsibilities:

+ The Business Manager ensures compliance with company policies by providing analytical support, administrative and financial services, and timely reporting to the Operations and Sales teams

+ As a Business Manager, you will lead and oversee administrative staff at the local Distribution Center while managing payroll processes and coordinating general administrative activities for the Operations and Sales teams

+ You will ensure rigorous compliance with internal control environments, identify and address gaps, and work closely with management on financial analysis and expense management to drive cost-saving opportunities

+ You will enhance Accounts Receivable functions by managing sales chargebacks, write-offs, non-sufficient funds (NSF) checks, and the customer refund mail check process, while supporting Route Settlement to ensure precise driver activity processing

+ You will strategically oversee pre-settlement and cashiering activities, ensure accurate Accounts Payable invoice processing, and contribute to the development of the annual operating budget for the Operations and Sales teams

+ Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

+ Bachelor’s Degree with 2 plus years of related experience and o to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) with 5 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

+ Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
