As a Digital Solution Area Specialist (Azure Sales Specialist), you will discover and qualify new leads and drive consumption with new and existing customers. This opportunity will allow you to identify market and customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to propose solutions to meet those needs. You will help to orchestrate deals across multiple stakeholder groups including partners. You will collect and communicate feedback internally to address partner gaps and make joint proposals.

Responsibilities
+ You will learn how Microsoft's three-cloud platform can enable digital transformation areas and support team members on digital transformation opportunities in an assigned area by applying established processes and activities.
+ You will be responsible for driving Azure consumption at new and existing customers from identifying the opportunity all the way to closing the consumption opportunity.
+ You will also reach out to peers and senior team members within the subsidiary to gain technical knowledge in a solution area.
+ You will learn about the direct competitors for the assigned products, solutions, and/or services to understand customer business needs through initial conversations.
+ You will collaborate with internal teams, partners and services to recommend solutions or products in an assigned area with direction/guidance.
+ To prepare for this role, you will complete the required training and obtain relevant product and role certifications aligned to the role and workload/industry.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
+ 3+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Business or Information Technology, or related field AND 1+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
+ OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
+ 4+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Business or Information Technology, or related field AND 2+ years of technology-related sales or account management work experience.
Digital Solution Area Specialists IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $25.91 - $51.20 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $37.26 - $54.76 per hour.
