Description

Tyto Athene is searching for a **Senior Program Analyst** to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract in Doral, Florida.

Responsibilities:

+ Conducts comprehensive program analysis, including cost, schedule, risk, and performance metrics

+ Develops reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for senior leadership and stakeholder

+ Provides analytical support during program planning, reviews, and performance assessments

+ Tracks milestones, deliverables, and compliance with program and contract requirements

+ Identifies issues and recommends solutions to improve program efficiency and effectiveness

+ Collaborates with finance, logistics, and technical teams to align program execution with policy and operational goals

+ Develops and maintains program documentation, such as Program Management Plans, Integrated Master Schedules, and status reports

+ Supports strategic planning, policy development, and data-driven decision making

Qualifications

Required:

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Finance, or related field

+ Experience may substitute for formal education based on DoD guidelines

+ 10+ years of experience supporting federal or DoD programs

+ Proven experience in programs analysis, budgeting, or strategic planning

+ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

Desired:

+ Master's degree in related field

+ Experience with DoD program planning, PBE process, or acquisition life cycle

+ Familiarity with tools tech and project management tools

+ Certified Project Management Professional

+ Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act certification or similar

Clearance:

+ Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI

Certification:

+ DoD 8570 Baseline & CE certifications are required for all positions and may vary slightly depending on the skillset required to perform the role

+ CompTIA Security+ CE
