We’re looking for a creative, self-starting, and visionary **Senior Product Manager** to drive the mobile framework vision for Microsoft Teams, the fastest growing business application in the history of Microsoft. You will join a team whose charter spans the breadth of the product from 1:1 chats to workgroup collaboration to connecting entire organizations. This role will focus on delivering functional and delightful mobile-first experiences across iOS and Android. You’ll work at the intersection of design systems, platform capabilities, and user experience to ensure Teams mobile is best in class.
The right candidate will have a track record of building high-craft end user experiences, with a mix of product thinking at the system level, strategic thinking, cross-team collaboration, and external customer engagement. We’re especially interested in candidates with a background in consumer mobile products, who bring a deep understanding of mobile interaction patterns, platform constraints, and user expectations.

Responsibilities
+ Create and drive the product area vision, strategy, systems, and execution plan for the Teams mobile framework.
+ Manage cross-team partnerships and relationships with engineering, design, research, and marketing to establish a shared strategic framework and roadmap.
+ Obsess over the customer, informed by data, own the end-to-end experience, and deliver with agility and quality.
+ Represent the mobile user experience (UX) framework internally and externally, advocating for mobile-first thinking across the organization.
+ Represent Microsoft and the product internally and externally to customers and partners.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 3+ years of experience building and shipping mobile products at scale, with a track record of delivering quality user experiences on iOS and/or Android.
+ Experience working on complex systems or frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in consumer mobile products with high user engagement and UX expectations.
+ Systems thinking and ability to balance platform consistency with product flexibility.
+ Ability to communicate complex ideas to others, including senior leadership, in a clear, effective, and motivating manner.
+ Passion for mobile design and a deep understanding of mobile UX patterns and platform guidelines.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
