Do you have a strong background in planning, scheduling, coordinating, and tracking data? In this role, you’ll collaborate with Operations Managers to plan, schedule, and track Stormwater maintenance activities using a management system. You’ll monitor daily work requests, serve as the first contact for the County Contact Center, and assist management by reviewing reports and providing data analysis to improve planning and scheduling.
The pay starts between $56,139.20 - $62,000.00/ annually (based on experience), and benefits begin within 60 days of hire. Apply today!
About This Position
+ Organize and schedule daily, weekly, and long-term strategic preventive, predictive, and scheduled maintenance plans.
+ Coordinate and reprioritize daily corrective and emergency maintenance requests as needed.
+ Review work orders to develop repair plans and clarify job scope with originators.
+ Research maps, road inventories, and property records to determine maintenance responsibilities.
+ Contact customers for additional information or to refer issues to other agencies when required.
+ Create and issue work orders from requests, assigning and scheduling them to appropriate work units.
+ Coordinate multi-craft jobs with other business units or external vendors before starting work.
+ Enter labor, materials, and equipment data into the work management system upon job completion.
+ Assist in monitoring and evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of work performed, suggesting job and safety plan adjustments.
+ Support Operational Managers in compiling, organizing, and analyzing data to produce clear, logical reports.
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
About You
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Public Administration, Business, Planning , or a related field -AND- Two (2) years of related work experience.
+ -OR- Six (6) years of professional experience may be substituted at management discretion.
+ Valid Florida driver's license at the date of hire.
Preferred "Bonus" Qualifications:
+ Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and other work-related applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Demands: Must frequently lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
About Everything Else
Starting Pay Range: $56,139.20 - $62,000.00/ annually , based on experience.
